Refund and Return Policy

Overview
KoiDigital sells digital goods and services only. Because all products are delivered electronically and manually fulfilled, refunds and returns do not apply once delivery has been completed.
Refunds may be considered only in the limited situations outlined below. Returns are not applicable for any digital products.
Digital Products and Returns
All products sold on KoiDigital are digital items delivered through in game delivery or direct communication after purchase.
Since no physical items are shipped, returns are not applicable. Once a digital product or service has been delivered, it is considered completed and non returnable.
Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be issued only if one of the following applies:
- The order has not yet been delivered
- We are unable to fulfill the order
- A technical or availability issue prevents delivery and cannot be resolved
If delivery has already occurred, the order is not eligible for a refund or return.
Non Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Buyer error or incorrect information provided
- Failure to respond to delivery requests
- Change of mind after purchase
- Account restrictions, bans, or actions taken by third party platforms or game developers
- Orders marked as completed or delivered
Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
We recommend contacting support before opening disputes or chargebacks so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
Sale Items
All digital items, including discounted or sale items, follow the same refund policy. Sale items are not eligible for refunds once delivered.
Exchanges
Because all products are digital, exchanges, refunds, and returns do not apply once delivery has been completed. If a delivery issue occurs, we will attempt to correct or replace the digital item when appropriate.
